With over 27 years of engineering experience, Rick brings unparalleled knowledge and expertise to the ColeTaylor portfolio. He has operational, management and budgetary responsibilities in the areas of equipment maintenance, utility management, capital repairs and improvements, regulatory compliance and LEED programs. Rick is seasoned in developing and implementing energy management strategies and preventive maintenance programs custom tailored for each property. He utilizes a hands-on approach in managing building systems to ensure our properties are operating at optimal efficiency while maintaining tenant comfort and satisfaction. Most notably, Rick has been involved in the management transitions of several buildings including 105 Edgeview, 1144 15th Street, One Union Station, North Wing Union Station and 1999 Broadway.
