Jessica Cole is recognized for her service excellence, collaborative leadership style, and more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and property management across Colorado and Southern California. In 2018, she co-founded ColeTaylor with Liz Taylor, building the firm into one of Denver's leading commercial property management companies. Together, they have grown the portfolio to more than 3 million square feet under management and a team of 35 professionals.
Jessica's expertise centers on Class A office properties, with a particular strength in guiding assets through the critical transition from construction to stabilized operations. Most notably, Jessica led the management teams that delivered 3rd & University, Platte Fifteen, North Wing Union Station, 1601 Wewatta, and 1144 Fifteenth.
